If you scan a VIN and get the following pop up, it means that the tool cannot decode the VIN into the Year, Make, and Model of the vehicle. This will not prevent you from continuing your test, as the VIN is still captured and recorded as required to generate a proper warranty code, but you will need to manually enter the battery criteria to begin the test.
